Quality starts right at the design proposal
stage, where systems specialists specify a scope of work and
establish a methodology, and continues right through the hand
over and warranty period. At all stages the design, implementation,
and management team is supplemented by our quality control
process to ensure the continued focus on, and continuity of,
quality workmanship throughout the project.
On larger projects, ATG uses project management software to
plan tasks and track progress. Ganntt, Pert, and other reports
can pinpoint critical aspects of a project. This allows our Project
Team to prevent scheduling conflicts, maximize resource usage,
and complete the job expeditiously.
